Bengodi Terms and Conditions

1. Content Guidelines & Requirements

Bengodi is a community built on shared food experiences. To ensure quality and consistency, every post must include:

• A Photo: Clearly depicting a plate of food, a recipe, or a specific food product.
• A Description: Accurate text providing context or details about the photo.
• A Location: The specific geographical location associated with the entry.

2. Authenticity and User Responsibility

• User Liability: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. All posts must represent real experiences.
• Originality: All pictures and text must be your original work and must be royalty-free. You must own all rights to the content you post.
• Truthfulness: You agree that all information provided in your posts is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Bengodi maintains a strict environment of respect. Users are prohibited from posting content that:

• Is offensive, defamatory, or promotes racism or hatred.
• Contains violence, graphic imagery, or sexual content.
• Infringes on the intellectual property of others.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to delete any content that violates these rules without prior notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to block or ban users who repeatedly fail to follow these guidelines.

4. Account Deletion & Data Privacy

You remain the owner of your data.

• Right to Delete: You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.
• Data Erasure: Upon deletion of your account, Bengodi will remove your profile and all associated data (pictures, text, and locations) from our active systems.

5. Subscription Tiers (Free vs. Paid)

Bengodi offers different levels of access:

• Standard Service: Certain parts of the app are provided free of charge.
• Premium Service: Specific features are reserved exclusively for paying users ("Payant").
• Modifications: We reserve the right to change the features available in each tier at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Service: We strive to provide a seamless experience, but Bengodi is provided without warranties of any kind.
• Damage Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damages (technical, physical, or otherwise) that may be involuntarily caused by the use of the Bengodi application.
• Service Continuity: We reserve the right to stop or suspend the application at any moment. This may occur without prior alert and without the need to provide a reason or explanation.

7. Intellectual Property License

While you retain ownership of your original content, by posting on Bengodi, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating the app.
